Returns and warranty the easy way
To provide peace of mind when you buy from us, we offer a range of warranties and a straightforward returns service in the event of a product being damaged etc.
Return
With GGM Gastro you have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Please note that the return is a voluntary service of GGM Gastro.A 14-day legal right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to commercial buyers.
To exchange your device, please contact our customer service at reklamation@ggmgastro.com.

Contact customer service and you will receive a return slip for your return.
It is essential to attach the return bill to the outside of the goods or the package to be returned, otherwise there may be considerable delays.
For goods sent by a forwarding agent, we are happy to arrange return transportation at your expense. Please contact customer service for details of the cost.
For insurance reasons, please submit a picture of the securely packaged goods in advance.
The shipping agency will then pick up the goods from you and bring them back to GGM Gastro. If the item was delivered by DPD or UPS, you may return the goods using a delivery service of your choice.

Types of warranty
Conditions for all types of warranty:
- Plugless and gas-operated devices must be connected by a specialist.
- For refrigerators and freezers, the parameters must be set by a specialist during initial start-up.
--> Non-compliance will void the warranty. - The technician's invoice must be kept within the warranty period.
The return takes place at the latest 14 days after receipt of the goods (reklamation@ggmgastro.com or by telephone via customer service).
- The return has been approved (in written form) by a service employee of GGM Gastro.
- The goods are unused, undamaged and complete.
- The goods must be packed safely for transport in the original shipping packaging.
- The goods must not be special designs, B-goods, items procured individually at the customer's request, or spare parts.
- The customer assumes the costs and the transport risk of the return transport.
Types of warranty
- The handling fee includes costs for goods receipt, goods inspection and goods storage.
- If the return is requested up to and including 7 days after receipt of the goods and then confirmed, ggmgastro does not charge a handling fee.
- From the 8th day on, 25% of the net value of the returned item (but no more than 120,- EUR) will be deducted from the refund amount for the processing of the return.
1. Replacement parts warranty:
1 year manufacturer's warranty on spare parts from date of invoice.
The warranty claim does not apply to: Glass materials, seals, sealing material, ceramics, fire clay, and wear parts such as thermal elements.
There is no additional charge, the spare parts warranty is free of charge!
2. Full warranty for 1 or 2 years
The selected full warranty is valid from the invoice date.
The full warranty includes the assumption of the technican's costs for the technican who was commissioned by GGM Gastro International GmbH within the warranty period.
The warranty claim does not apply to: Glass materials, seals, sealing material, ceramics, fire clay, and wear parts such as thermal elements.
1-year full warranty: Surcharge on the net value of goods + VAT
2-year full warranty: Surcharge on the net value of goods + VAT
The following countries are excluded from the full warranty: Sweden, Russia, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and countries outside of Europe.
