• Double-edged blade with Japanese blade profile and ultra-sharp Honbazuke trigger. Each blade is ground by hand to an ultra-sharp angle of 9.5° to 12°

• The black, beautifully shaped Pakka Wood handles with a steel end cap have red decorative rings at the lower end, which emphasize the exotic look of this knife series

• The blade and handle of each knife are perfectly balanced, making any cutting work easy for the user

• The knife was made in the Japanese center of sword and knife making Seki. It combines Japanese beauty and sharpness
