Please note:

• When first turning on the oven, heat it slowly. Increase the temperature by 50 °C
  every 30 minutes until a temperature of 400 °C is reached. With the door open, maintain a temperature of 400 °C
  for four hours.

• The ventilation of the burners must be ensured from all sides (including the lower burners). If the original base is not used, a frame should be installed under the device, which ensures that at least 10 cm air between the lower edge of the device and the worktop exist.

• During pizza baking, the lid must remain open, otherwise the oven will switch off automatically after 5 minutes
